On January 25, the EAVISION 2024 Partner Empowerment Training Conference with the theme of "Empowering the Development of Agricultural Services and Working Together for Win-win Cooperation" was grandly held in EAVISION Suzhou. 200+ partners from all over the country gathered together to conduct a five-day empowerment training to build a new agricultural services ecosystem and forge ahead on a new journey together.

PART ONE

As an enterprise specializing in new technologies, EAVISION has always adhered to the engineering culture of excellence and innovation, paying special attention to talent training and employee empowerment.

This training specially invites industry experts and business elites from the company's R&D, marketing, technical services, product/training and other departments to carefully polish a comprehensive and multi-angle course system based on the students' situation. It mainly includes: J100 UAV theoretical explanation + practical flight operation, after-sales maintenance knowledge, EAVISION policy interpretation, excellent partner experience sharing and other modules.

The lecturer actively interacted with the students, deepening their understanding of the product advantages and service processes of EAVISION's plant protection drones. The teaching was mutually beneficial and enjoyable.

PART TWO

During the training, the trainees had close contact with the EAVISION production line, deeply participated in the actual operation, and improved the technology to the ultimate level, laying a solid foundation for after-sales service in 2024.

By mastering the policies and technical knowledge necessary for products and services, and learning full-process solutions for agricultural modernization management that focuses on prevention, students' comprehensive abilities will continue to improve, and they will be ready to provide users with high-quality services.

PART THREE

"One goal, one team, one heart", the five-day training not only improved the rich knowledge and skills, but also enhanced the cohesion between EAVISION and its partners.

During the training period, the company specially organized many interesting links such as expansion activities, group style display, industry knowledge PK competition, etc., which not only ignited the students' enthusiasm for learning, but also grew into a more comprehensive and professional EAVISION smart farmer through exchanges and mutual complementation of advantages. 

After the course, EAVISION strictly assesses and certifies each student, and issues official authorization certificates and awards.

This training camp slowly came to an end in the EAVISION 2024 Annual Meeting Ceremony. The actors sang and danced, and the program was wonderful and the audience was dizzy. The lottery activities, outstanding employee awards and other aspects were even more applause and laughter, setting off waves of climax.
