6 thousand decares of wheat field in Diyarbakır Yenişehir District Sivritepe Neighborhood was sprayed with a drone in cooperation with the Municipality and the District Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry.

Diyarbakir Yenişehir District Governor and Mayor Murat Beşikci, Yenişehir District Agriculture and Forestry Director Abbas Ateş, Yenişehir Chamber of Agriculture President Süleyman İskenderoğlu, Yenişehir Rural Services Manager Özgür Polat, District Chambers of Agriculture Presidents and many farmers in the drone spraying program held for the first time in Sivritepe Neighborhood. 

EAVISION AGRICULTURE DRONE 90 PERCENT WATER SAVING, 40 PERCENT DRUG SAVING

Yenişehir District Governor and Mayor Murat Beşikci stated that the use of drone technology in the fight against pest in wheat, saves time, labor, fuel, depreciation costs and labor to maximize our product variety and efficiency. We have implemented a series of works. We want to benefit from technological products in order to reduce input costs, which is one of the most important ones, and to increase agricultural productivity. Today, we will carry out pest control on a total area of 6 thousand decares in Yenişehir district, using agriculture drone technology. We have revealed that we have a loss of 12 million TL due to the annual spraying with traditional methods in the town of Yenişehir, which is an agricultural city, and we will make significant savings with drone technology. We will be instrumental in our farmers and our country to win by preventing the damage of water, fuel and tractor ruts in the field.
