Cause:

No data detected from the current domain controller.

Troubleshooting:

Click "Restart" in the app to perform a soft restart. If the issue persists, reflash the domain controller firmware.

Cause of occurrence: 

When the voltage difference between the ADC acquisition voltage and the sum of the battery cell voltages is less than 3V, and the cell voltage exceeds 4.35V.

Troubleshooting method: 

Check if the cell voltage displayed on the remote controller is normal and perform a battery voltage calibration.

Cause of occurrence:

 Environmental factors causing the battery cell temperature to drop below -5°C. Charging will be restricted, but discharging will not; however, the battery's performance may be insufficient due to low-temperature conditions.

Troubleshooting method:

 Check if the external temperature is low. On-site, physically warm the battery and then manually fly the aircraft to raise its temperature above 20°C before switching to autonomous flight.

Cause of occurrence:

 The maximum cell temperature exceeds 80°C. Discharge alarms will not power off, but charge alarms will impose restrictions.

Use physical methods to cool down the battery, ensuring it operates within the normal temperature range.

Cause of occurrence:

Over-discharge during flight or improper storage leading to battery depletion, with the minimum cell voltage dropping below 3.2V.  

Troubleshooting method:

Check the voltage of each cell on the remote controller to see if any are below 3.2V. Recharge with a low current or return the battery to the manufacturer for repair.

Cause of occurrence:

Mostly due to inconsistency between the BMS voltage and the协controller voltage.

Troubleshooting method:

(1) Access the power management module and check whether the BMS voltage and the协controller voltage are consistent under voltage calibration.

(2) If they are inconsistent, simply click on calibrate to resolve the issue.

Cause of occurrence:

The drone is unable to retrieve communication information from the battery.

Troubleshooting method:

(1) Inspect the communication copper strips at the battery interface and the aircraft's tail connector for deformation or cracking; check the power supply signal lines at the battery tail connector for any breaks or damage; examine the left longitudinal beam wiring harness for internal short circuits; and inspect the main control 485 port for deformation or short circuits.

(2) The issue may be caused by water ingress into the battery or hot-plugging, which could have burned out the diodes or communication components in the battery cover. Please replace the battery cover.

Cause of occurrence:

(1) Check if there has been any hot-plugging operation.

(2) Inspect the battery cover for any residual water stains.

Troubleshooting method:

Replace the battery cover.
