The growth of crops is inseparable from the soil with a certain amount of moisture. UAV technology is used to monitor the soil moisture of farmland, mainly by carrying soil moisture detection equipment, and obtaining image information related to soil moisture through the method of visible light judgment. Based on the comparative analysis of soil moisture indicators, the soil moisture level is further deduced through modeling, analysis and calculation, so that the data is more accurate and real, so as to achieve efficient monitoring and management of farmland soil moisture. Based on the current situation of my country's vast territory and complex terrain, the use of drone technology to monitor farmland soil moisture can effectively reduce monitoring costs.
